Okay my 04 is acting up again. Having REAL low ICP. Already has a new FICM, HPOP, ICP is good, IPR is good and my shop said I had no problems. Well running my Looney wild tune id only make about 1500psi and when I got it back from the shop I was making about 2000psi and 2200psi on my Hot Street tune from Jesse Warren and 2400psi on my street tune from Innovative diesel. thought my new pump just needed to get broken in. well a few weeks later my psi has DROPPED 200psi and my truck stutters at an idle on all of my tunes. the highest psi I can manage on any of my tunes is now about 2600 on my economy tune except for stock which hit over 3700psi at half throttle. im at a complete loss as no one has any ideas or they say its something stupid(someone said it was my transmission).....

Are you sure the IPR is good? Its not uncommon to have a damaged IPR shortly after a HPOP if the shop left any sort of crud in the oil. Also are you sure the ICP is good? Have you unplugged it to verify? Did the shop do the STC fitting when they changed your HPOP?

Yes the ICP is good I have done the test. And I've already pulled the IPR and it is good as well and the 04 6.0 does not have the STC fitting. A local shop (other than the one I used to go to) narrowed it down to injector stiction. Will be doing an oil change 2000 miles early and running some rev x in it as well as some diesel kleen in the fuel.
