Be careful, the gp's will ignite the ether as soon as you turn the key on!

That is the ICP sensor, driver's side head, hp oil galley.

The tach is registering a little bit (maybe 100-150 rpms) when cranking, but it is turning over plenty strong

Bingo. A strong CPS will register at least 300 rpm.
