Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about Mac intake systems. It's a cone type element. Haven't heard much. Any info much appreciated.

If its not a paper type filter i would stay away from it, unless you plan on getting a paper filter to go with it, the K&N typoe filters are good EXCEPT on our trucksm they can destroy a turbo!!

They have also created hate and discontent when run in VW TDI motors.

I just installed a MAC on my 03 7.3. Beautiful if nothing else. Had to get rid of the K&N. Anyway, it goes on easy, it uses the filterminder and air sensor, and sounds cool. As far as performance, my boost climbs faster. I
