I just installed the mag-hytec front diff cover on my 05 f-350 drw, i just found that when you hit a bump the panrod bar hits the top of the diff cover.what could I do to fix it or has any one had the same problem.and if what solved the problem.

Yup, I've heard of this problem before. Can't offer the solution as I don't remember if/what it is. Call one of the shops like truck toys or sdhq, they'll probably know.

call mag hytec there is an older model that had that problem

I have an 02 F250 that I had installed the cover on the front diff with the same results. I returned it to where I purchased it. Too bad..very nice covers.
