Anyone ever had trouble with the downpipe rattling on the bracket halfway down? This is on a 6.0L 2005 Excursion.

I had that trouble but if you loosen up the clamp at the Turbo and the down pipe you can move it away from the firewall and the trans-crossmember. It may take a few tries to get it right. The MBRP system will fit perfectly if you tweak it.

Thanks for the tip guys, the turbo clamp adjustment worked well.

Pretty quiet. At cruising speeds it's almost non-existent but when you are accelerating you can hear some groan and the turbo whistle. Great sound overall but not overbearing.

Spankustang - no problem. I actually pull a very light 4000lb ski boat for about 10 miles every weekend in the summer. I can assure you that the Turbo back is almost undetectable while towing. If there is no radio, no fan blowing, or no one talking then it is still super quiet. Trust me, you'll forget it's there while crusing.
