When I first joined this site there was a survey in regards to membership fee. I was neutral at the time but now I am thinking it will weed out some of the posts that are not truely representing problems.
It has to be way too tempting for registered members to take pot shots and laugh behind their screens. Moreover, it provides an avenue for negative campains that evoke fear in the minds the members who are interested in creating a knowledge base that will enhance our persuit of making our PSDs the best they can be.
I don't like self imposed taxes, but I do feel that this site is worth it. I believe this site is exponentially better than the TDR site but having read them a bit I could'nt help but notice that they don't have anywhere near the numbers of anti-Dodge posts in comparison to the anti-FMC ones that are here.
Constructive critsism may hurt but it is great. Maybe we could get more of it and less of the hit an runners with a nominal fee.

I think the site is great as it is. I don't mind reading negative posts so long as the author is civil. This is a simple First Amendment right and most people respect that on this site. You don't see the flames so common on UseNet sites because we have a great group of moderators that control that kind of stuff.
