Trying to help a friend,he was asking about getting more power from a non-turbo 94 crewcab.He is pretty low budget,also his thermostat was sticking and I asking him about if he had put in additives in his coolant(he's only had it a year)and he said no.I was wondering if you can switch to the gold antifreeze.Thanks. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

A non turbo 94 is not a PowerStroke and you would get more upgrade and power mod info in the next forum. As far as the gold ELC antifreeze goes, Ford does not recommend it as it is not compatible with several internal parts in an early PSD...not sure if the same situation exists on an IDI though.
