Ok, I've chased a few threads and haven't found an answer sdo here's my issue:
I've got a 2002 7.3 with about 260k on it. Since I got the truck at 160k it's had a miss at startup. No matter the outside temp, first start of the day, and restarts on colder days, it has a miss. Even after letting it warm for half an hour or more it's still there. Start driving and it goes away.
2 new injectors and IPR at 175k, still there.
Put a new long block in at 180k, still there.
All new injectors, glow plugs, and valve cover harnesses at 190k, still there.
No trouble codes are presented.
Any ideas?
