code p1316 remove both valve covers everything looks good from a visual inspection looking at the harness everything looks tight nothing melted the bank on the passenger side was not working at all the driver side was working perfectly truck is running really rough so I decided to take an injector off from the passenger side and put it on the driver side and vice versa put everything back together when I had turned the key the engine cranks fans turn but the vehicle does not start.

By pulling the injector, you introduced air into the high pressure oil rails. It can take quite a bit of cranking to get that out and achieve the 500 psi injection pressure required to start. Where are you located? Someone close might have a scanner that can help with the diagnostics. The P1316 means there are IDM codes stored. To get those to reveal themselves, you have to do an injector buzz test. That requires AutoEnginuity or similar Ford compatible bi directional scanner. You aren't going to find one of those at your local parts store.

After pulling the injectors, how did you clear the oil and fuel that ran into the cylinder? Hopefully you didn't just swap the injectors and start cranking on it. That may have done some mechanical damage.
