Its my understanding that the SCT would have to be "married" to your VIN, then you can upload a tune file to delete the light, but by doing that, it would basically "lock" their tuner to your truck.
To unlock the tuner from your truck, your truck would have to be set back to stock, removing the file you want.
Your gonna have to buy your own I think.
Or you pay to have their tuner sent back to SCT and unlocked from your VIN. I think that runs 150 bucks, plus shipping.
