I have a 2000 F550 and, was told I need injectors, I am wondering who has the best price???? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif

But if you need new injectors, Alliant injectors is the best stock replacement and price. If you buy from the dealer you pay more,,and get rebuilts I think. These are new ones, and the same company that makes the originals for Navistar anyway.

My truck has 214700 miles,that is why I was told I needed all the Injectors (due to milage) /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif ... So Come On Guys ! I'm open to suggestions ! (about the injectors) /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/phoney.gif

Go with a set of Stage 1 BDP Injectors. Call Bean he can set you up.

[/ QUOTE ] hmm well if your "MECHANIC" told you they are bad just because they have that many miles....with no back up testing ,, I would not use him again! Sure ,,thats alot of miles. But no reason to diagnose them bad I dont think.
There are tests for diagnosing bad injectors. Now ,, I guess with that many miles.. If I found one or two bad,, I WOULD replace the whole set. But if your truck is running fine,,, why bother?
You didnt say if there were any symptoms before you were told they were bad.
HOWever,, when I do get injectors,, I will go to BEANS also. One of our club members got a set from him,,,and seems well pleased with them.

Yes I have a lack of power and seems to load-up from time to time (have to raise engine speed, and make alot of smoke to clear it up) I was pulling to this guys shop to unload a Chevy truck (LOL) he could tell by the sound of my truck something just wasn't right (diesel shop been in business along time)
