so got lots of leaks want to use a aluminum replacement any ideas ? I have a 1992 f250 7.3 idi it has the third outlet on the bottom right 3/4 hose all the ones i see for sale dont have that outlet any clues
If you have metal tanks, get a replacement core, and have the your tanks installed on the core. If you have plastic tanks, I think that the powerstroke radiator used a third opening on the passenger side.
As I mentioned in the other post the radiator I purchased is threaded and plugged . You can just get a 1/2" npt by 3/4 barb fitting in aluminum to thread into it. I wouldn't recommend brass as it'll cause a reaction with the aluminum
