Well guys I think I'm one of the few women in town who has truck bigger than her husbands. Just bought 2005 F350 XLY Dually and iyt is sweet. Got it for 37K, was this a good deal? First new vehicle I've ever had. Anyway it has only 120 miles on it and I noticed this morning that when I put it in park it made a loud clunking sound /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif. It goes into all the other gears smoothly and without noise. Is this normal? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

It could be normal hard to tell over the computer. My 05 has forward to reverse clunks and shifts hard when cold. The Trans copmputer adapts to your driving style and has a firm shift in general.

You have to STOP before you select PARK.........
