There are probably threads on this but couldn't find any. I am installing a 2015 short-bed on my 2003 crew cab short-bed. What do I need to complete this conversion? I am guessing just splicing the tail lights and a different fuel filler hose? I'm sure this has been done many times, so I would appreciate any insight you could share with me - thanks!

New bed
I put a 15 bed on my '00 CC short bed. The tail lights are wired differently but easy to figure out. Different connectors so try to keep your old bed harness and you can solder the wires to the old pigtails. The gas filler is different also, I adapted my old filler neck to the new bed with a new piece of fuel hose. And new bolts, but it is a direct fit, should go well. Good time to look at everything under the bed while it's off. Also, I used an engine lift to move the bed around, did the whole thing without any help. Good luck with it.
