I got a 05 6.0 F250. Not sure if the program (flash) has ever been changed. I got 66,000 miles on it. Wondering if I should take it to the dealer to see if it should be reflashed. Not happy at all with milaege so maybe it would help?

Need to see what version you have now, or get it reflashed and buy a tuner to get your mileage back or have PHP reflash your truck. Do a search.

Really that is the best answer I can get for this. Do a search. If everyone searched everything there really would not be anything new on these sites.

Any new flash from the dealer in NOT going to get your mileage back. PHP=power hungry performance. I say do a search because there is a ton of info already out there, pros, cons, good, bad. I take it all with a grain of salt and make an educated decision. You really need to get what version you have now to make a decision. SOmetimes you can get an SCT and get your mileage back as well. Talk to one of the programmers, quicktrick, idp, gearhead, etc and ask them.
