Hey guys, been a while since I've been on, anyway I had a local body shop put on a new drivers side fender on along with replacing a body mount, now whenever I use the left turn signal the fuse pops, I can turn on the running lights with no issue, it only pops when the left signal is hit. I can't for the life of me see any pinched wires... all the bulbs are good and the right signal works fine (when I replace the fuse) and input would be huge,

Thanks guys

If you are pretty sure the two events are related (fender change/fuse popping), I would start my removing the socket from the front corner light and remove the bulb then see if the fuse blows. If it does I would disconnect the light socket from the harness if possible and try again. If it still blows, then try to follow that harness back to where it tee's in or plugs into the main harness and try to disconnect it there. I'm not familiar with this gen of truck so I don't know where the connections are but hopefully there are a couple to work with.

The other option obviously is take it back to the body shop and let them deal with it if your sure the two are related.

Take it back to the shop you paid, and ask them to fix it. It shouldn't cost you anything since it wasn't happening before. If they refuse, we'll talk you through it. If they fix it...

Ended up being the light socket was shorted internally

Glad it turned out to be something simple!
