I don't know about the later model springs; but, don't waste your money on any of the after-market coils that claim to get the frame up off of the bump-stops.

When my truck was almost new, the front-end barely cleared the bump-stops, maybe a half inch.

I let the parts-man at the Ford garage talk me into a high load capacity set of front coils that gauranteed to raise the front 1-1/2" to 2-1/2".

I can't recall the brand name; but, they were made by one of the better known companies.

After a day at the garage, and over $400 later, my truck sat no better than it did before.

I had to leave, that night, on a two week haul; so, I left the new springs on it; I should have made them take them back and not paid; for, it did me no good.

My money and time were wasted.

Get a set of stock front coils for a 87 F350.

Once you raise the suspension height, you will need to reset the alignment.
