New guy with questions

Let me start off by saying I'm new to the forum, I'm also going to be new to the diesel world. I am thinking about buying a 2014 6.7l f250 Crew cab. It does have some mods done to it and that is what I have questions about. It has a 6" rough country lift with 37" tires. Is this set up going to cause issues to the stock 3.55 gears or to the tranny? It does have an intake, exhaust and mini tuner, soon thinking that should help with the power loss, am I correct by thinking that? I have also attached a link to the truck, if you don't mind taking a look at it and telling me if you think the price is fair or not. Thanks for any and all help!

I know that the link says its not a 6.7 but it is, I think someone typed in the wrong info.
Do you think the 3.55 gears are ok with the 37" tires? I hardly pull anything and mostly drive city miles.
It's got a lift, rims and tires, tuner, intake and exhaust. I has amp research nerf bars and JL audio system. Is that not worth it?
So what do you think a fair price might be? Where are you guys from? I've noticed trucks in the south run a little cheaper than they do here in Indiana.
The truck was owned by one of the salesmen at the dealership. He just left and went to a dodge dealer and traded it for a dodge. I took it to a local diesel preformance shop and had the mechanics look it over. They said the truck looks like it was really well taken care of and that the work that has been done to it was done right.
If I buy a new one , I would turn around and lift it, put rims and tires on it, along with a tuner.
After my research, it appears as though ford won't cover water in your fuel system anyways.
