New noise for me

I was putting the 2004 away tonight and it was real quiet out side. I can hear a very low knock when the truck is in any gear. It quites when I put it in park. Am I in for warranty work and what would it be?

Any idea where the noise was coming from? Engine, transmission..... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif

The noise is only there when the trans is in gear. I cann't hear the noise outside only in the cab.
