The clutch/brake assembly on my 96 PSD is wore out and will not keep a bushin on it thus making it hard to start.I know this is a common problem as every salvage yard I have been to they are either missing or wore out like mine.So what are you guy's doing to fix it,and does anyone make a replacement assembly besides Ford???

Which bushing are you continually losing? The pedal box bushings or the clutch master rod bushing? You may need only to replace the pedal box bushings:

Clutch/Brake Pedal Box Bushing Kit
(Ford) F3TZ-2C342-A

Here's what I did for my clutch rod bushing (no problems in over 4 years):

"Difficulty Shifting, and/or Low Clutch Engagement Check This First"

Cheers!

If you apply the brake pedal and then push the clutch in with the brake applied, can you feel movement in the brake pedal? If so, your pedal box bushings are shot....I replaced mine and it made a WORLD of difference...Not the most fun job being tucked up under there but its not too bad.
