new pedal assembly

The clutch/brake assembly on my 96 PSD is wore out and will not keep a bushin on it thus making it hard to start.I know this is a common problem as every salvage yard I have been to they are either missing or wore out like mine.So what are you guy's doing to fix it,and does anyone make a replacement assembly besides Ford???

Sorry I should have been more specific.It is the bushin on the clutch switch.The brake pedal is still tight.
