Sounds like a small blend/mixer. But does this mean there is no by-product ? what about drying ? I hope I'm wrong or uneducated about new hope.

There has to be a byproduct or else you have what you started with. If no catalyst is used, like in this the biodiesel will not have any catalyst contamination, neither will the glycerin, which is good for both and increases the uses of the glycerin too.
