I changed form 265/75/16 to 285/75/16 and have not recalibrated. Is there any adjustments that I need to make in computing the MPG for my truck?

Just divide 33 by 31 which equals about 1.0645.
Multiply 1.0645 times your mpg and you will get your new mileage. I assume you are figuring your mpg by hand since the factory readout is wrong 99% of the time.
