I have a 2004 F-250 6.0 and have only ever pulled a medium sized bass boat with no temperature issues. We are thinking about purchasing a 26' 5th wheel camper and wanted to see how much additional strain this would put on the engine temperatures. When running at 65mph without pulling anything I am running around 14-15 degrees difference between EOT and ECT. I know this is close to the edge of where I need to replace the oil cooler but wanted to see how much additional stress towing a 26' trailer would add to the engine temperatures.

Yes it will push you past the recommended 15 degrees delta. It won't get any better on its own. Change your oil cooler.
