Im good with my trucks but, just got an 05 E450 6.0 PSD. Is there anything special about the van 6.0 or is it jus the same (besides layout and tuning), anything i shuold know off the bat? Any tips are welcome thanks alot!:grin2:

Same Chit ..just detuned and ALOT harder to work on ....and at least one of the batteries is on the frame as you already know.....

I had to change the vacuum pump on a 2005 E350 6.0 today for someone who had to assist AND if I never do one again it will be too soon.
3rhs labor. It has little to no space to work with, layers and more layers of stuff on the part under it all.

Actually, both batteries are on the frame. There's no room for them anywhere else.

Do the EGR delete and perhaps you won't stick a turbo blade.
