Just bought some diesel for the tractor and while filling the tank, we noticed that it looked almost like green anti-freeze. It doesn't smell like the diesel I'm used to smelling either. It still has a little "diesel smell" to it, though. Phoning the station right now! Does anyone know if this is the new stuff yet?

Also, when we put this new stuff in the tank we still had some "old" diesel in there and when it mixed it looked almost "milky green".

Ok, sounds like it is OK. I was pretty sure it was OK since the guy that owns that station said his last load of diesel came in a week ago, and there haven't been any reports of trouble yet. I'll try to post some pics of this stuff later tonight. I've just never seen diesel this green before!

The ULSD fuel we have for our test engines is extremely clear in color. Kinda reminds me of gin or something like it. Still has the fuel smell though slightly different.

I think I filled with some yesterday, there seemed to be much less foam than normal.
