I live in west Alabama and have a 2012 F250 6.7L with 80k miles. I had it at the dealer today for a service and got the bad news that the radiator needs to be replaced. Leaking on the drivers side. Dealership quoted $1,550 to replace. I am suffering from sticker shock and told them I would wait on the replacement until I had time to research the issue and determine what to do. It appears that this has happened to several other super duty owners.

Suggestions are welcomed.

Check on Vista Pro and AAPEX aftermarket parts. I know they made replacement radiators for the 2008-10 6.4 crappy radiators so they probably make replacements for the 6.7 too. I think they were about half what Ford sells theirs for and have a lifetime warranty. You would think Ford would have learned from the 6.4 but, no.....
