No boost at low speeds

Took my turbo off yesterday after talking to dealer about problem.He told me the disc for the vanes sometimes gunk up from carbon causing the variable vane turbo not to work. Was quite pleased to find the disc all caked on. Reinstalled turbo and she worked the best she has ever had.Just putting this out there in case anyone else has had this problem and automatically changed the turbo.Ceap fix to $20.00 plus my labour.

Run cetane boost in the fuel and once a week drive it like you stole it then your egr valve and turbo will stay clean.
