Did it clear up and start running normally after a bit? If so, it could have just been your exhaust back pressure valve actuating. You can always electrically disconnect it (2-wire weatherpack plug at the base of the turbo, driver's side) and see if the problem goes away. Cheers!

I unplugged it an cleaned it up when I was searching for the oil leak. I drove it nothing changed so I disconnected the batterys for the afternoon an drove it next day. Seemed fine still had lil oil leak but now the power seems not as strong again.

You can try electrically disconnecting the MAP sensor (box high on the passenger side of the firewall) and see if it runs better off the computer's default list. It will set the CEL, but won't hurt anything. If it does you may need a new MAP. Cheers!

Still no power.... The MAP sensor was the key so replaced it. Ran great. Than replaced the intake tubing with fords updated verison because I had a tear in the orignal orange tube. Its now a black thicker rubber compound tube as you would find on a 99' PSD. Not sure why it lost its power again with changing and updating the tubing.
