Runs Great not rough starts great, just way down on power. Towed home the other night was running fine couple days later went to drive to work it started right up no excesive smoke all normal but as I rolled up to speed was like the chip was dead. changed the fuel filter and plugged in the old Dyno sources hard chip and no difference wont make over 8 psi boost or 700 degrees. put the TS chip back in on 140HP and rolls lots of smoke and takes off as good or better than it always did, 32psi boost and 1500 degrees like normal but switch it back to a setting I could tow with and its lots of throttle just to do 70 mph.

Do you know what your fuel pressure is? If you are not getting good fuel pressure you may be loosing power. Fuel pressure from what I know should be in the mid 50's.

EBPS? I had a similair issue with my 7.3..turned out I had a shorted/filthy ebps..no check engine lights or anything. Ironically I had the Dyno sources chip as well. I installed a ne ebps, removed the ds chip, and had my ecm flashed. its a monster now. The ebps is located on the front of the motor above the pulleys. ....Just a thought. Also leaking up pipes can have a slight effect on power and mileage.....those are just my thoughts...Good luck. If you find out the problem please post.

Cleaned the sensor out, Wasn't very dirty. The power loss is way to great to be an exhaust up pipe issue. I added the dyno sources chip instead of the TS chip I usually run in an effort to solve this problem, so I have tried two. any additional ideas?

Thank you for your input.
