Long story short, i pulled my motor to re-do the oil pan and a bunch of other stuff. I replaced the CPS since it was out. All fuses check ok, fuel heater, hpop reservoir etc.. all look fine. The tach will not move. I have tried two new CPS"s so I am ruling that out. What else would cause the tach not to move while cranking? I have no exhaust smoke, so the injectors aren't firing. IPR was rebuilt as well. IM confused.

since sat nite. I cracked the oil lines and i have plenty of oil. Its purely electrical at this point i think. I do get a wait to start light. im going to take my chip out and see what happens next.
I've tried extended cranking and unplugged the ICP with no luck

do you have ICP pressure? on a mechanical gauge or scan tool?

If the IPR was rebuilt I would start there...with a new/known good IPR...

if the IPR is (absolutely) good, and the HPOP gear isn't slipping on the HPOP shaft...then it has to be an injector (o-ring or poppet) problem.

take care~
