Clear all the codes and see what comes back. Also, hook up AE and go to live data. Set it up to monitor RPM, IC pressure, IPR duty cycle, Injector PW, voltage, and whatever else floats your boat. Then hit record and try to start it. Post the data here.
If the batteries were low enough that the relays lost contact (that clatter you sometimes hear with low batteries) then that code might make sense.
