2005 f250 183,xxx miles. It has symptoms of a stuck turbo but we have cleaned it and this wasn't the problem. It shows codes for map sensor and ebp sensor. Both are new. Driving at 45mph I can hit about 2 pounds of boost and interstate is about 8 if I get on it. I'm completely stumped on this one.

the tube going to the MAP sensor clear of debris?
