Well, I couldn't give up and finally got it done. It wasn't has hard as I thought it would be but it did take a lot of research. Anyways, here is the 05-07 ITBC installed in a 04 Superduty. You need the brake pressure sensor, two electrical connectors (3 pin brake pressure and 10 pin for the trailer brake controller) couple of brake fitting adaptors to install brake pressure switch and of course the brake controller. The expense comes in how you mount the brake controller. I wanted the upfitter switches so I used the factory center piece from an 05-07. So yes, it can be done and it works very well.

Just out of curiosity, how did you deal with the harness differences, and the module programming of the Instrument cluster?

Could you go into the details on the wiring pin outs for combining the pressure switch to the factory ITBC. Currently have a cheap aftermarket brake controller in my 04 F-350 and would like to do this upgrade to mine as well!
