The oil in the HPOP is not different from the oil in LPOP, it is the same oil that cycles though the engine. LPOP provides the oil to the HPOP, just how can it be different? I watched that video from Powerstrokehelp.com and am skeptical of the video testimonial evidence that the HPOP oil is so dirty that getting it out will add centain "longevity" to the engine. I am also skeptical that the product recommended for everything from oil treatment to transfer case treatment, "Prolong", is anything but snake oil. That company was recently sued and injoined from making more false claims or comparisons to their compeditors, when you are good you don't have to make claims. Try the tried and true method to add longevity don't let someone in flip flops changing a PSD hub influence you into a largely useless procedure. Probably more chance that you will introduce debris into the HPOP during the procedure than it will help add "longevity". Just change your engine oil on a regular basis, 3000 miles is a little early but what the heck go for it. Get a good air filtration system like an Ford AIS, get a periodic oil analysis and that will be a good indicator of FACTS on how your engine is doing.
