Ok, I got kicked off the search function on this site so I'll just ask the question I was searching for. I'm getting ready to reassemble my oil cooler and thought I remembered reading that the orings need to be lubed with something other than engine oil or grease. I think I remember vasoline mentioned or maybe silicone. Does anyone have any advice one way or the other? Thanks.....

Thanks for the info. It's finally done we'll see in the morning if there are any leaks. FYI you can R&R the oil cooler on a '91 without removing the power steering pump. I did unbolt the driver's side engine mount and jack the engine up. It's really not too bad a job, other than dealing with all the liquids........
