oil crossover line? whats it do

I saw on ebay a oil rail crossover line /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif it says that it equalizes oil pressure to the injectors. Is that a wise thing to do? Anyone have a DIY write up and pics on this? Can anyone further explain what youd need to do it and what the benefit would be?

Well I gues the question still stands do they do what they claim to do. That is does the oil crossover line actually equal out the oil pressure between both sides of the engine, and if so what is the advantage?
