Oil driping from turbo

Hello I have oil driping from the back of my turbo, it looks like it is driping from the wastgate saft, the truck is also putting out white smoke? is my turbo shot ? the truck seems to run just fine? I have 85,000 miles on it. Spike481

Yep that is what I was describing. Lets say I used the wrong name and really know everything I'm talking about(lol). Let me ask you this If my crank case vent is plugged is it likely that oil will leak from this area? SPIKE481
