hey i have a question on oil level. on my truck it said it was below the add mark about 3.5 quarts low, but it always changes its level on the dipstick all the time, so i added 1.5 quarts of oil and its at the full mark now, im confuesed, i check it with the engine off if thats matters, and also i heard there was a buletin on the wrong dipstick or something like that. also it burned about about 1 quart over 3500 miles is that ok?...thanks for all of your help and its greatly appreciated.

There was a bulletin on the dipstick, but was for early in the production run(94.5 to ?); check w/ dealership. I don't think a quart in 3500 is bad. Just a suggestion: Fill in your rig's info (yr, model, modifications, etc) in your signature (or si it profile); makes it easier to help out. Cheers! Tom
