I've seen this discussed but can't seem to make the search feature bring back less than a thousand posts.

I have a new and steady drip from the starter area. I suspect that it might be the oil pressure switch but can't see it. Any suggestions?

Top center of the block at the firewall next to the GP controller. Oil sender info
Socket for oil sender 1 1/16"
Wrench for oil sender extension 3/4"

Only use Liquid teflon sealant on senders that use a ground through the engine block. Teflon tape is known to lessen/eliminate ground contact of the threads and senders will not work.

What could it possibly be? Either the valve cover gasket, oil sender, rear main seal or the crankshaft bolts. Do you have a turbo? The valve cover gaskets and the oil sender are relatively inexpensive. Good luck, Tim
