oil to injectors

I've been working on a friends truck and there is no oil getting to the injectors. their is power going to the solenoid on the hpop and also changed the hpop what could there be.

nobody seems to know? Not even a Ford dealership could fix the truck. I'll just tell him to put a Cummins in it.
