If you run schaeffers at 8k intervals, I'd love to have the money you're throwing away. Your over conservative use of regular oil at 3k intervals is hugely wasteful. Do an OA once in awhile - you'll find you can go out to 8k with regular oil just fine in most driving, and if you decide to go with Schaeffer's, and use bypass filtration, you should be able to see 20k easily.
