Is there any way to change the order of the search hits displayed. Newest ones first.
I figure it would be prudent to have the search format this way because people are more likely to use the search feature for recently posted information that had been posted within two months. This way they have access to the newest information first, they will not have to wade thru 800 postings to find what they are looking for. ( I believe smokey wren is up there already), and if they really need information they can can look deeper if need be. I would say that the majority of searches are done to find recent material. It is a pain in the hiney to have to wade thru 8 months of postings to find what you are looking for when you are searching by user name.
