I have an 05 f250 107905 miles on it. 4 inch down pipe, 5 inch the rest of the way. SCT tuner. My over flow cap keeps popping and leaking. I asked the dealer about it and they said the egr system needed to be replaced. I just had an EGR delete kit installed. Drove 15 miles from the shop to home and the new cap blew and leaking again. Any ideas where to go from here?

Head gaskets. You could put a pressure gauge on it and watch it while you are driving. Here's a video -
