I havea 2002 Excursion Diesel 4x4 with 194000 miles. My OD button does not work. I looked at the wires in rthe steering column and everything looks good. I also bought a new Shift Lever Assembly and the OD button still does not work. I always read about people changing the fuse but I can't seem to find its location. Can anyone help me? Also if its not the fuse, what else could it be?
