New here but have been reading posts for a while and found them helpful in the past so I decided to join.

Currently have 2003 7.3 with 363 k miles and was having a random warm no start. Wouldn't start with icp sensor disconnected so I replaced the sensor. Afteward it would not start at all. Got a Bluetooth single and torque pro and got the following data

P1280 icp 383 during cranking (too low for fire I know) ipr duty cycle 24-35% with a quick peak of (split second) 63.4% changed oil 700 Miles back during oil cooler rebuild. Did fuel bowl fill without separator and fuel did not have oil in it.... Does this indicate hpop failure since ipr seems to be functioning given my readings??

Thanks in advance

Hi and welcome to the forum, so when pressure is down and duty cycle is elevated, it means you have a hydraulic leak. Hot no start or long crank is another indicator.
IPR orings can cause this as will bad hpop line fittings and leaking orings.
If the middle injector oring is the fault, the fuel will look tea or cola colored. If it's the top oring you will see it coming out from the injector bore.

Update: received alliant ipr from thoroughbred diesel last night. Installed it this morning, refilled the hpop and she fired on the first try. I would also like to add that it is not necessary to use any special tools or remove any other components to do this repair. 11 mm wrench to remove the solenoid and spacer and then a 1-1/8" box end and some patient small turns got it done for me. Thanks for the advice and help.

I got the special tool at advance last week for 5 cents they had discontinued it and it was the last one. Should have seen my face when he rang it up.
