On February 27 I upgraded my paid subscription to lifetime supporter from supporter as my subscription was ending on February 28. I have not seen the Lifetime Supporting icon since March 1 but it was there on February 27 / 28.
Any idea's what happened ??

Jim, it's Sunday. The working stiffs are off on Sunday. A couple of the volunteer moderators are probably around somewhere, but we dont' have anything to do with money or subscriptions or advertisers or any other "business" aspects of TheDieselStop. So if you don't hear from one of the working stiffs by this time tomorrow, then holler back and I'll try to jerk their chain. :wink2:

Hi SmokeyWren
remember the saying the squeaky wheel get the oil
In my line of work it is very true and to make matters worse we are out of work from off season so I got a wheel making lots a noise

Anybody with a dispute, please email me with detailed information about the subscription payments, including dates and transaction #s if possible. Also, explain your overpayment situation and how it came about. I would also need your email address that is attatched to your paypal account so I can make refunds or whatever action is necessary. PMing "Administrator" would have gotten my attention as well. I have been off since Thursday in the hospital so I haven't checked anything until today. Sorry... My email address is [email protected]. Please send all information there. Cheers!
