Hey there,

We have posted to the sites letting users know how to go about changing their passwords. There are a few things that may have happened:
1) the email address wasn’t the current one you use
2) the email is getting blocked by spam or ending up in your junk folder.

If you have not received the password reset email, go to the site and use the password reset tool in the log in window. If this still is not working for you, please go to the contact us page at the bottom right hand corner of the screen and select the “other” field and insert the subject “password reset issue” .

Why do the new passwords have to be so complicated? 10 Characters and must include symbols? The requirements are tougher than most banks or mortgage companies. Honestly, what's really at stake if someone figures out a non-premium users password to this site? Passwords are serious but this level is a bit over the top for the risk associated with an information forum. If a user finds the new password policy too difficult to deal with they are likely to stop contributing to the forum, that doesn't help anyone. Please reconsider the strength requirements for these passwords.

YES....times Two! Did the powers that be get a little heavy handed with all those requirements...Yes. 10 characters...gimme a break. I hope enough people reign in the powers that be here.

C'mon guys. Your new password requirements are WAAAAAYY over the top.
