The seals on the actuator can go bad too. Once you get it off take a good look at it and you'll see if the actuator is leaking. Just did mine a few months ago and it was just the o rings. Soak all those bolts for the turbo and exhaust before you go digging into it. Best of luck. Just be patient
Clean it real good and recheck the leak a few times. I pulled my turbo and replaced O-rings only to find the turbo center housing had a crack that was leaking. Edwester03 has great advice spray all bolts and clamps with whatever panther piss you like several times before you do the job.
