performance 4r100 transmission rebuild kit

I am a newbe with a recently purchased 2002 F250 7.3 with a transmission problem. It seems to be the torque converter as large metal pieces are blocking the cooling lines. I have cleaned them and it repeats the overheating in a very few miles. Does anyone have any suggestions as to a particular performance rebuild kit. I am going to rebuild it myself, reluctantly.
